There is no, I shouldn't say no, there's rarely a time when I'm working with people where they can say, this was the moment.
They'll tell me this was their breaking point to leave, but they never tell me this is the moment.
It is so subtle.
It is so calculated.
As you're talking, it's like I'm hearing it like almost like the weaving of a fabric, right?
And then all of a sudden you're in a sweater.
And you're like, wait.
Yes.
I didn't want to be wearing a sweater.
I actually may steal that from you because I love that.
I use the worst analogy.
My analogy is that you have a leak in your kitchen and you just say like, oh, whatever.
I'll deal with it later.
I'll do it.
And then before you know it, you're standing like up to your waist in water in your kitchen.
You don't know how you got here.
But yours is much better.
