Even if I weren't, I would boldly share that it has personally transformed my life and my health.
And as I stated very plainly on this episode, I did get off of it for a little while and it worked.
I'm not going to be doing that again because for me it's not just about trying to be skinny.
It's about actually physically feeling good and after a while I did not physically feel good and I don't want to suffer through my life.
That doesn't sound like fun to me and now that I know how good I can feel and how free I can feel in my body and in my eating habits,
I don't want to go back.
So now it just becomes a process of what is the absolute lowest dose I can take and still have the maximum benefit.
And I think that's where I've shared with you I'm at.
And I will always be transparent and share with you if that changes.

I have only ever done the micro dose.
I've only ever recommended the micro dose.
Ultimately, when you do your doctor intake, they will determine what they think you need.
