And also we're eating a lot of animal protein, so it takes 14 hours to get through the small intestine, cow and animal protein, and 90 minutes for plant-based food, which is crazy. So we're, you know, we're eating eggs for breakfast and chicken for lunch and salmon for dinner. Like, so we're just like, not that it's bad for you, but we're just, we're not getting hydration.
