They are building a research business.
They are building a number of related products around that sustain that daily current awareness journalism.
And that really โ that's the model that works, which is you surround โ
Current Awareness daily information, like an interview I have today, with stuff that people have to pay for, that they want to get closer to the brand.
They don't just do like so many do, which is assume, hey, I am a brand, and it just fizzles away.
I'm going to say none, but I'll give you the bit that I can't remember.
I always think that the person I think is most interesting is Jeff Bezos that I watch very, very carefully and also with the humility of I probably should have gone to work with him in 1999 when I first talked to him.
Well, favorite online tool for building my business is probably Google Docs.
