Oh, my God.
Sorry.
I've got some really rough paper towel.
But, you know, that's what's so amazing about sharing stories
These stories.
And I find it so true when people say, you know, everyone's got a story to tell.
And after hearing your story and then now how you've shared what sharing your story has done for somebody else, for that little girl, you know, like that's what we hope when we open up and share.
Absolutely.
These really private stories.
experiences for your family and obviously yet you know like it's it's it's amazing that sharing something can then potentially save a life yeah and i'm assuming you know going on to i'm a celebrity and wanting to share that that was the hope right yeah absolutely and the charity you chose was are you okay yeah and what an amazing charity as well
So now that your story's very much out there, and I'm sure listeners today would be hearing it for the first time as well, what do you want people to take away from your story?
It's forever.
It's life.
It's life.
Yeah.
Wow.
So what would you say to someone, I guess, who might be listening, who is going through a really dark time right now?
dark period yeah wow okay now i feel like there are so many layers to you and you've really lived more than what most would live right things that you've experienced since you were a baby um a teenager like just being in the public eye full stop comes with so much yeah
Now, this does connect deeply to something that I've been thinking about a lot lately.
I've spoken about it on the podcast many times and on my platforms.
