So I take creatine as well, but not every day.
And I have been a bit lazy with it.
I know all the amazing benefits because I feel honestly great when I do.
And I just do five grams of powder.
So how would you recommend for your average chick who wants to start creatine?

So what dosing would you recommend?
So women naturally have 70 to 80% lower creatine stores than men.
Does that mean that women actually have more to gain from supplementing creatine than men?
What are the potential side effects?
Yeah.
And I think as well, if you are listening and you want to start your creatine journey, like make a promise to yourself that you're going to be drinking enough water and having electrolytes.
Like if you want to start creatine, that means you need to drink more water.
