So they catch you jacking off.

So your caseworker talks to your mom every week or every month or something like that.
He's self-mutilating himself, right?

Or, like, you could leave, like, they don't want any wet tattoos.
Clothing.
It's tropics.
There's no air conditioning.
There's no climate control.
They don't want any wet stuff in your dorm.
