But the stigma, yeah, I mean, because it's much easier to be in a room
like extroverts because it's like stuff just happens.
But I think some of my most deep and meaningful connections are like in those quiet moments of like conversation where like neither of you are particularly extroverted and it takes a lot to talk like deeply about something.
But they're often more profound conversations too.
I feel like they've probably been drawn to you for the opposite reasons.
Like you provide a platform for them to express themselves publicly, but then also a platform to be more introspective or deeper in another space when it's appropriate.
And I think that means a lot.
Whoever invented TikTok.
One, because I'm 35 and I don't fit the demographic, but somehow I still get asked to do TikTok things.
I read something once which really resonated with me, and it was a psychologist talking about balance, and often when we talk about having a balanced life or living a balanced lifestyle,
Like we talk about time.
So how much time do you spend working versus being with your family or working or playing?
And she really reframed that to, like, to me, balance is about energy.
So whenever you have to do something that you find really draining and takes away a lot of energy, like, how is that balanced with the things that give you lots of energy?
as a bit of an introvert and also it's just things that I love doing.
Like I, I could train all day.
Like that, that gives me so much energy.
