But certainly like as the games evolve and the modern game, and particularly in the female space actually, like,
Yeah, we've got some amazing athletes and the training for it is really enjoyable, but like it's pretty well-rounded.
No, not really like the early morning so much, but like the kind of long days, I guess, because like being in the nets takes a long period of time.
But now I guess the addition of like strength training is a really big thing.

I mean, relatively speaking, yeah.
I think cricketers spend a lot of time in the gym now just because the games evolve so much.
You've got to be dynamic and hit the ball further, especially with T20 and stuff like that.
And then from a fitness perspective, we play so regularly, so being able to back up as much as possible is
Being like resilient.
Yeah.
So like lots of running as well.
