But I mean, like I think everyone actually really enjoys that component now.
And like, yeah, we spend a fair bit of time training, but it's, I don't know.
I mean, I really like that about it.
Like it's nice to always be active on tour.
It's probably similar to what we're chatting about in terms of like the way you think about things or like your approach psychologically out there.
Like I think that changes physically.
It changes as you kind of progress or get older as well.
So like I kind of think over the time that I've been playing and the different focuses and approaches that I've had to like physical prep has definitely changed as I've gone on.
And yeah, I'm probably now like at the point in my career where I'm
Like rather than like being a bull out of a gate trying to chase like really big gains, it's probably more about like finding a space that like I just feel really good from a movement point of view and like I get onto the field and like warming up is not a hassle.
Like my joints aren't screaming or something like that, which is a bit of like an art to find like the right level of like β
pushing yourself hard enough to be like prepped and ready to withstand anything but not going too far.
And I think with age you kind of like find that balance whereas probably when I was younger I was like I would always take the option to do more than not.
So that's probably been the biggest change.
I always think just how grateful I am to live in Australia and how special a place it is.
And I think it's like one of my favourite things in the world is like flying back into Sydney on a bright, like blue morning and coming in over the harbour and seeing like the sun out the window.
And so I kind of live for that moment sometimes because it's just such a nice feeling, but
But I think you only kind of get that understanding by going away and challenging yourself in other environments.
So, like, I love coming home.
I love being with my family.
