It was just hitting differently and the bang for buck wasn't paying off.
So...
I stopped it and also my body was so inflamed and alcohol doesn't help with that.
Nor sleep.
Nor sleep.
And it also increases our risk of cancer exponentially when you are a perimenopausal woman drinking alcohol.
Your risk of cancer increases a lot and that is a study that's been done recently and like it's actually a terrifying amount when you read about it.
So with all those things combined, it wasn't hard for me to give up.
Like I said, for some women and there's no judgment here, it is hard to give up because it's how they're surviving.
Yeah.
But I chose to stop it.
And, you know, I'm back now.
Now that I'm kind of stabilized, I'll have like maybe one glass of wine.
Like you can have a casual drink at dinner.
I don't keep it in the house just in case.
But I definitely like I had a wine last night and I'm fine today.
But the biggest change was giving up alcohol.
That made the most instant change.
Like the increase and the improvement for my life quality was pretty quick.
And then the exercising.
