But once you do a forensic audit on everything, to include, by the way, the contracts for police and fire, let's take a look at those.
I'm not saying that we're going to destroy anything, but what I'm saying is that we have not been faithful stewards of the taxpayer.
Well, that's a fact.
And we need to just at least put a marker down and say, you know what?
Why are we buying this?
Who let this contract out?
Who won the contract?
Those are questions that I don't find those to be unreasonable questions because nobody has been able to come up with the right answer.
Remember the famous $400 million bond for resiliency and portable housing?
I remember.
