I ask that rhetorically.
I'm sure they're spending it somewhere.
I know that they have plans to spend it.
A lot of it has been unspent six, seven years later.
So again, I think that my going in there day one, I know what to look for.
And I'm going to ask all those questions.
And I'm going to say, hey, you know what?
Let's talk about this line item and that line item.
And who let this RFP out?
And what were the requirements?
And oh, by the way, who won?
You know, businesses don't want to compete here anymore.
Guess what?
They think this is a corrupt city and they know who already is going to win before they even let the RFP out.
So the other one that I feel very strongly about is what I call the death tax.
I have a really nice house that I paid a very modest amount for.
Because of the valuations in Miami-Dade County, my house is worth like 15 times what I paid for it.
