No. So our plan was to just keep that as an investment. So we owe about $289,000 and the house is worth about $620,000. Okay. And we're renting it out. We don't make very much. We come up making about maybe $300 every month. But we just wanted to keep it as a rental property. And we do have about $294,000 in a high yield interest account right now.
