Okay. So my husband's job, the headquarters is moving to Dallas, Texas. And, um, He kept telling me, you know, it's going to be great over there. You know, you'll be able to, I'm a nurse practitioner, so you're going to be able to get a job. You know, we'll be able to rent this house in California and it'll be our investment property and then we can buy something else over there. It'll be good.
