And I have this best friend, she's still on her PhD.
And I got in the car and I was driving to go see her that weekend.
I'm like, I can't wait to, and as soon as I get in the car, the weight just falls off.
Everything is like, I'm just so happy to go and see my best friend.
And as soon as that shifted, this thing that I had been stressed about, that I'd been waiting on, I go on my phone at like a red light or something, and this person had messaged me

They've shown in studies that it's grit.
What is grit?
