And so it immediately kind of a light bulb moment went off where I was like, this is it.
I
this is what I'm going to do.
I'm going to go to my PhD and I'm going to study.
I'm going to cure drug addiction.
That's what I'm going to do.
And I, and after that, I kind of, this was what triggered kind of my whole self-development journey because I realized that if I have this big goal, then I'm going to need to be the version of me.
Like, I'm going to have to be a better version of myself.
Like, I'm not going to achieve it like this.
And so...
I kind of went on this path to sort of becoming a better version of myself, believing in myself.
And on that journey, just discovered, you know, learning neuroscience and my degrees and all of that, um, started treating myself like my own Guinea pig.
And I completely changed my mindset because I didn't used to believe in the power of the mind.
I didn't used to believe in any of this.
Like I used to actually have a friend in high school that would be like, you could do anything you set your mind to.
And I would get mad at him when he would say that.
So I didn't used to have this mindset or these beliefs at all.
Um,
And through that journey on my own, I figured, I was like, whoa, this stuff is really helpful.
And I just started literally posting it on like my Snapchat stories for my friends.
