Because the crime occurred on the cruise ship with multiple people nearby, the defense is expected to argue that the prosecution can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Hudson was the one who strangled her.

I don't know how they're going to get past that.

I don't know how they're going to try to plant reasonable doubt that someone else was able to enter that room at some point.

So the prosecution really honed in on the fact that they were alone together in the cabin for three hours, that her underwear was found inside of her, that the choke hold lasted three to five minutes and that he took her cell phone and threw it away.

And that the DNA from the semen matches Timothy Hudson.

And also that he's the type of person who snaps and does something like that.

So that's why they were arguing that he needs to be detained and not be hanging out at home with family.

Um,

The defense argues that he is not a flight risk, that he doesn't have a car and he doesn't have a license, that he's been compliant so far.

He's attended all hearings, that he has a GPS monitor on and that basically that the uncle's, you know,

over him and, you know, has been taking care of him and has made sure that he's been compliant and has gotten to all these hearings and he hasn't tried to flee.

he's, I believe, Tampa area.

And then, but then the hearings and the jurisdiction is the Miami area.

What?

Yeah, would I say come hang out with us?

I have no idea.
