And she said that not having eaten or drunk anything when she's acting, it's going up and down like crazy.
Because of all the stress hormones and all the things that your blood is doing in response to the emotional story that's going on in your chemistry.
I mean, the body keeps the score.
But I think being an actor is like, you know, you're sort of an amateur psychologist anyway.
And really annoying amateur at a lot of things.
