Like make my coffee, get to work in whatever way I needed to get to work that particular morning.
You know, I'd go to the bathroom.
I've had phases where I've exercised in the mornings.
I'm not currently in a phase like that right now.
I exercise in the afternoons right now.
It's kind of my vibe.
But I don't know.
Like, I've never thought too much about my morning routine.
Or like, how do I put this?
I have thought about it, but not from a mental health way.
In more of like a technical way.
I've looked at my morning routine in the past from like a productivity perspective.
And recently I had an experience where I kind of girl bossed myself to death, I think.
And it led me to an extreme exhaustion that, well, if you want to know all about that, listen to my last episode about, I think I titled it something like, I finally learned how to rest or whatever.
And I took a week to just rest and do it effectively.
And during that week of pure, good quality rest, I got into the habit of a slow morning, a quiet morning.
And it stuck.
Now...
I'm back to work, I'm not resting anymore, and this has stuck.
And it's so wonderful.
