But I would say four to five times I'm walking in silence.
And taking the first 30 minutes to an hour of the day to be silent and calm and to reflect and to think just keeps me chill for the rest of the day.
Because I feel like I used to wake up and immediately just boom, boom, boom, start doing shit.
Immediately boom, boom, boom.
And then the rest of the day was just chaotic and high energy.
And so it's been really wonderful.
Okay, moving on.
Another thing I've really been enjoying is going grocery shopping at night.
There's something about the energy at the grocery store at night that is magical to me.
For a long time, I would grocery shop after my workout class in the afternoon, which was fine.
It was kind of like habit stacking, if you will, as they call it.
You combine two
habits.
And that was great.
That was fine.
That was productive.
And I still do that sometimes.
But I'm in a phase of my life right now where I'm single.
Let's put it how it is.
I'm single for the first time in many years for an extended period of time.
