There was possibly a time when Patagonia celebrated the fact that there was a drag queen kind of parodying their brand and sharing similar values and putting them out to a big audience.
They were at least okay with it.
But both sides essentially have drawn a line in the sand.
The brand is pushing ahead with this legal action.
The drag queen is saying she's not going to stop selling merch.
