And so you can be a good person, you can be a great leader, you can be a fair, lovely girl, and you can have all of these other traits.
And so I'm trying to be like a model for how I want other people to think about needing to behave because this idea that we need to behave like men in business, that doesn't work for us either because we're not, that's not how we're wired.
And so I think that we just need to borrow from the boys, still be who we are, still be women, still be in community.
But if you're operating from this place of scarcity, like you're not going to get anywhere.
First of all, it's atrocious.
It does happen.
I think it's outrageous.
I mean, but your testament to that, because I was supposed to come like a few weeks ago and you hadn't finished the book.
And so it was like, we're going to have to wait.
And I was like, I fucking love it.
Yeah, I hope so.
Here's the thing.
I think I'm firm but fair.
I have very high expectations for myself and for everybody around me.
But by the same token, I'm really honest about all the mistakes that I've made.
And so you create the conditions for people to be able to do that, right?
I'm out of the office at five o'clock every day because I need to go home, be with my kids, do bath and bed and, you know, a bit of a story.
So I create the conditions for other women to be able to leave at that time because I'm doing that every day.
I've made that okay in my place.
I make a lot of mistakes.
