You don't need to be a twat with it.

That makes me so happy.

That's exactly what I wanted to get out of it because so many people are like, why would you even write a book?

How do you get the time?

I feel like if there were a million...

Little M's, like girls that come from a background that says, this is probably not your future.

This is probably not your path.

And because they see it in me, they go, oh, my goodness, I'm going to have a go at this.

I'm going to think about things slightly differently.

I'm not going to take this stuff, this insidious programming and play it out in my own life.

That to me would be such a success.

I want people to read this and go like, yeah.

I can do that.

I'm going to have a go at something a little bit different that I didn't think I can do.

And I think it is so important specifically for women to get out of our own way.

You are going to need some audacity.

Listen, if you want money and you want to be paid what you deserve, audacity is a key part of that because nobody's coming...

You're going to get your little, you know, five, 10% pay rise every year.

But if you want to make like big leaps, you've got to find it within yourself, right?
