If you want like this big, big career now, it's like you will need, sorry, proximity and visibility.

Those two things are not a nice to have, they're a must have.

Because people don't really want to say this, but nobody's like choosing you for a pay rise when they can't see you in the office, right?

It's a fact.

Be audacious.

It's a fact.

You have to be.

And so again, and I really believe this so much, Fern, right now, we are desperate in the world, completely desperate for more women in positions of power.

It is an imperative.

Yes.

And nobody is coming to find you and say, here's some power for you.

You have to take it, right?

Women are extraordinary.

But the realities of how extraordinary we are are not reflected in the halls of power, on the cap tables that matter, nowhere.

So it's like we have to now take the moment for ourselves and make sure that we can be in positions of power because we cannot sit and look at the world and go, where are we going?

What's happening in policies and politics?

What's happening in the world?

We have to affect it.

That means that we need to be in it.

We need to be the decision makers.
