We need to be at the top.

so that we can stop the behaviour that we see.

And that isn't just about our jobs and our careers.

That's in all positions of power throughout society.

So I am really sitting here going, this Start For Yourself stuff, this is just not about you.

This is about the world.

How do we want to live?

What do we want to see?

We need to do that.

Or I've fucked them up.

Or you fucked them up.

There has to be failure and here's the thing, you need to own your failure and you need to know that it doesn't define you.

And here's the big difference because men go around starting businesses, failing with their businesses, losing money and then starting again the following day and doing that whole cycle again.

Whereas a woman will start something, make a mistake, everybody will comment on it and she will believe that she is the reason.

The primary reason that thing didn't work out and it just ain't so.

There are so many things that go into failure.

The only thing that you have to do is learn from it.

But again, it's not about you.

It's not that you didn't work.

That thing didn't work.
