Transformation happens when you agree with repentance and when you confess your sin and when you understand that your iniquity will never serve you and only that the hand of God will save you. That's it. And so my biggest encouragement is Is that from all of this, from everything I just said, is repent, repent, repent, repent. Repent from idolatry. Repent from worldliness. I don't know what it is. Repent from gossip. Repent from people pleasing in comparison. Repent from jealousy and enviousness. Repent from prematurity, whatever it may be. People of God, repent, repent, repent, repent. Because repentance bleeds into your restoration. You're asking God to heal you, but you're not partnering with him. God wants you to partner with him.

God wants you to be angry with sin. God wants to give you the ability to hate sin. I think that's probably one of the most powerful things I could have asked God to assist me with is God, give me the ability to hate what you hate. God, give me a terrible taste in my mouth every time I sin. Every time I promote my will over yours, let it quite almost literally make me sick.

Do you want the things of God that bad? Do you want what he wants? God wants to respond to you in mercy. God wants to respond to you in grace. Will you let him? Will you let him? And that's honestly. All I really have today. Is just what the scriptures say. Rend your hearts and not just your garments. Stop tearing your clothes. If you don't even mean it. Because we see a lot of people.

And not just an awe or reverence, because we know that the fear of the Lord is reverence and it's being in awe of Him. But understanding that the fear of the Lord quite literally means to tremble at his name. That God is one to be adored and God is one to be reverence. But God is also one to be quite literally feared and to tremble at His name.

His majesty is so grand and beyond our understanding to where when you just fall at His feet and you encounter His presence, it quite literally makes you tremble. Like, when you sin, when you're partnering with iniquity, it should make you tremble of how that makes God feel when you don't repent and turn towards Him. God has serious beef with sin. God's love for you, though, will always conquer over his hatred for sin. You stay in that love, though, when you repent. And a message doesn't get simpler than that. It's staying in repentance. It's saying no to self-righteousness. And it's pursuing his will at the end of it all. So my question to you is, will you do it? Will you do it? And that's that. And that's all I got to say. Mm-hmm.
