The Lord was too glorious that they couldn't even see him. It reminds me of how God revealed himself to Moses and Moses literally couldn't even see God. He literally got blinded by a piece of his garment. And so it's almost as if these seraphim are closing their eyes because of the glory of God and because of the reverence that they stay in.

And they cover their feet as a symbol of understanding that they've been created and that they're not above God. And they fly around in action singing holy, holy and praise, honor, respect. And so Isaiah is seeing this divine encounter in the spiritual realm. And he says, woe to me, repentance, humility. It's exaltation unto God.

I am ruined, for I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King God and the Lord God Almighty. This is Isaiah's response to God's glory. He says, Woe unto me, for I am unclean. The people that I reside around are even unclean. How is it that I could say, for it is God's mercy that I have seen His face?

the hottest place, it's at the front of the altar right next to God and places it on his lips. He is immediately healed from his sin and his iniquity. So we see that Isaiah was healed in response to his confection, which was partnered with repentance. And because of that, when the seraphim

let the life coal burn onto his lips, a burning essentially, that he was cleansed from his iniquity, from his shame, from his sin because of the repentance that he released. And so then from that repentance and then from that healing, God sends out Isaiah. And this is the aftermath of healing. The whole reason as to why we heal in the first place is so God can use us to be vessels.
