And I had shared with Malik that I had been going through some tribulation as well.
And it was mostly in my mind with dealing with intrusive thoughts, deep anxiousness, depression, anxiety.
at-time suicidal ideation still.
And I had shared that with Malik.
And I said, my mind is like the worst thing.
I hate how my mind works.
I hate how dysregulated I could be at times.
And it's just something that always cries out for help.
