It can save you a lot of time and be relentless going after it and not just being tempted to all the interest that you sometimes get and can be confusing.

And the second one, when making hires,

think about them at least four to six years ahead, having the right people in the company.

So when you imagine that you have, is that the right person at least four years ahead.
