And how do you converse and how do you do things that are relevant that build stronger relationships versus weaken the relationship and make you and me want to spend more money with that brand or have a greater affinity?
Since, as you know, most of us don't have tremendous affinities to brands because they're not conversing with us.
They're speaking at us or they're doing things with static images.
