As a right-handed hitter, you have to take him to right center because then when he throws a cutter, you stay on it.
When he throws you the four-seamer, you're able to stay on top of it.
And when he throws you the sinker, you're able to stay inside the ball, which helps you elevate the sinker and take that ball to right field.
Do you want to hit a pull-home run off of him?
Absolutely not.
That is like the worst thing you do against a pitcher that throws that many fastballs and they all move in three directions.
I don't know.
I mean, if the Yankees don't feel like it's their best baseball, then I feel like Yankees fans need to โ well, they always need to kind of check themselves.
But they are โ they're playing โ as much as we talked about the Blue Jays playing their brand of baseball, the Yankees are playing their brand of baseball.
And I think the fact that they have the immersion of โ
The emergence of Ben Rice doing what he's doing.
I think he just tied Aaron Judge last night with the homer that he hit against the Jays.
I think that adds a piece to this lineup that they wanted to have when they brought in Bellinger.
What they wanted to have when Stanton is healthy.
But even with Stanton, Stanton is, you know, he's right-handed.
And he's going to drive balls.
He could be the best hitter in the game when he's hot.
But you just don't know when that is.
I think Ben Rice's ability to control the strike zone, the ability to be that force around Judge, but also be left-handed, it enables them to continue to be athletic with...
Bellinger hitting in a different spot.
