If you watch the skyfall, the lady who is doing the main shake, that was the one selected train by myself.
I'm the founder of Quaint Mayfair, a cocktail bar in the heart of London.
And my style would be, I wanted to be a flair bartender, to be honest, but that never worked out because anyone could catch the bottles properly.
So I crushed more than I catch.
So I thought, OK, that doesn't work.
But I love the bartending and I really dive into the flavors, aromas and turn it into a very experimental one.
I think it's a crucial one, but it's more about the right grip and it creates this smooth movement that almost sounds like this looks so easy, but in fact it's not.
To drop a bottle that is worth a couple hundred or thousand, it's no worth for that 10 seconds of show and smile on the face.
I would rather prefer to smoothly execute it.
So I think what we both with Jeffrey and Monica are talking about, it's that execution.
It's swift, it's energetic, and you don't have to wait for your drink half an hour.
It's all about the execution.
