Geez, not very optimistic from me today.
You know, you and I have talked about Anthony Edwards.
We've talked about the chemistry on this team.
We've seen the jarring interactions between the coach and his star player in games.
This is an emotionally volatile team that lacks consistency, lacks chemistry.
And the consistency end of it played out in game one, as you saw.
And Anthony Edwards, by the way, the superstar that he is, he's battling this knee.
It's nasty, and he's playing through it.
When they're not moving the ball and he just dribbles it into the abyss and then ends up taking a bad three-point shot or makes a decision that is contrary to how the offense needs to run, this team suffers mightily.
And that in combination with Julius Randle, when he disappears from a game, man, I don't know if he's in the arena.
And what we saw in game one, a Jokic that defensively the Wolves were very good against in the first half, still one of the world's best.
He's going to find his way to a triple-double.
Jamal Murray versus this series two years ago is healthy and so much better.
And his savviness to find his way to the line, 16-16 from the stripe, so impressive.
