Yeah, so we get 25% of the lifetime revenue of the client.
Yeah, they're very honest.
I mean, my vetting process, I mean, being at a startup before hiring marketers in the past and being able to actually have done the actual work, I can vet them and see what the quality of the work is before actually deciding to do business with them.
Yeah, just from the business, my salary right now is only 55k.
Yeah, so I mean, the money that's being siphoned into the new business right now is about 20K a month.
Yeah, so we, you know, we're taking a hard look at the senior living industry and, you know, that's going to continue to grow.
It actually is because, you know, I'm the only child, right?
I look at my parents like, wow, you know, how are they going to be, you know, I need to look into this industry.
I don't want to necessarily send them into one of those facilities, but I want to understand it more.
And for the fact that it's growing and the fact that, you know, there's so much, I hate using the word, I'm air quoting, you know, disruption, but, you know, that is one of those industry that's ripe for technology and marketing disruption.
and what's the name of the business it's called care sprout sprout like brussels sprout care sprout okay and is it up and operational or is it still in beta it is operational right now but um right now it's only been operational for about uh three four months or so we're still you know we haven't gotten any uh move-ins yet it's any sales yet uh but you know we've been able to get the lead cost down significantly and we're starting to scale things up what's the lead cost

So the way the model works for this, by the way, is that model, right?

And this is one side of the business.
This is just a lead generation model.
There's nothing quote unquote disruptive about this.
Um, but what we're doing right now is, um, when people move in, we would basically collect anywhere from 50 to a hundred percent of the referral fee.
So that could be anywhere from $3,000 to, you know, let's say $10,000.
I would say, let's see an average conversion rate.
