Now, there is a new drug, a neurokinin, that supposedly has dramatic effect for reducing hot flashes.

Can you tell us about that, and how would you incorporate that into practice?

Yeah, no, that's great.

We have something really positive with hard data, randomized trial, and that's good.

Now, overall, you've mentioned about some disenchantment with the administration, of course, I share.

And you've also recently, some weeks ago, I guess, announced that you're going to move back to Canada this year.

Are they linked or is that just something you've been wanting to do, leave the United States after 30 years of being a treasure chest of information and expertise in this area?

Well, Canada is lucky to get you back next year for sure.

But I hope your writings in the agenda of Substack and also your books.

I don't really have another book in the making, but you're such a great writer.

You don't hold things back.

As I said before we got started, you're really a great truth teller in this field.

So are you going to keep up with the Substack agenda and also write another book?

We're counting on you for that, Jen.

Now, before finishing, did I miss anything in this general field that you want to bring up?

We covered a lot of ground, I know, but is there something that we should have delved into?

Of course.

The only thing I'd say about that is because the prescriptions had gotten so remarkably low, you know, less than 5% zone, and people don't keep up with the literature like you.

You know, maybe even though a lot of things were wrong here, but maybe kind of a changing a position will help get it back to where it should be, the field.

You know, maybe a thought on that is, you know, it's like the right conclusion for the wrong reasons or, you know, you know what I mean?
