There was some, some of the courses were kind of boring yet.
I founded together with my partner, Hector Martinez.
He's totally different.
He's totally different.
I met him here in Sweden.
He got his PhD last spring from Chalmers University.
And his PhD is in tissue engineering.
Okay.
It was a great match.
We did not.
We started actually by doing this almost kind of as a hobby.
It was a fun thing to do.
We had a lot of innovative technologies at Chalmers University, again, that we could use.
My father has been involved in a lot of research here in Sweden in biomaterials.
And he had this new biomaterial, which could be potentially interesting for medical applications.
We decided to, you know, there is a new market growing and there's a new market coming up, which is bioprinting.
And we decided to let's see if there's something we can do in this.
why did your father give this to you instead of developing it himself he developed it and it's actually it's not given it was it's been licensed oh got it so how's that licensing work will you pay him x percent for every sale or what we pay well we pay a monthly license agreement and then we have an an annual basically or we have we have a buyout there's a buyout clause where when we're getting ready and we've raised enough funds we'll just buy out the license and the technology so how much would the buy is the buyout clause for
The buyout clause is for a few hundred thousand dollars.
