And so it is really interesting, the drive for publicity and publicizing these guidelines.
We're going to talk about processed foods, I think, someday.
Because, like, it's a little bit like you know it when you see it.
Like, yes, we know that certain things are processed.
But that are not inherently bad because of that processing.
Right.
Exactly.
Most of our food is processed.
Yeah, but to say that and then say, well, then that means all processed food is fine or all processed food is bad.
Both of those things are lacking the nuance that is impactful for dietary health.
And people use them in both ways where it's like, well, no, there are clearly highly processed foods that are clearly not good for you.
No.
I mean, but then there's like baked Cheetos.
As like, here's a healthy option.
Again, it's the whole health washing.
It's interesting, too, to see whether there will be an impact.
And so you're right, like this seems like theoretically a step in the right direction.
But how is it going to translate to purchasing?
Yeah.
