And I think highlighting those global consistencies is really interesting because there are things that haven't really changed.
And there are maybe minor changes from year to year as far as these go.
But we do have a roadmap.
And it's just that there's an unwillingness, especially from the federal government, to provide the funding or the resources to enable everyone to use that roadmap.
