Louis one, too, it's like new president of baseball ops, even though he's already there.

So it's like, well, I am bloom on his own guy or is he fine with Ali Marmal?

So I guess that goes into the equation a little bit.

um you know that's kind of the funny part about the rankings too is it's like you're hiring a guy but if he comes in in a crap situation how many years is he gonna get before it's like okay we're actually expecting a win and now if you blow it you're underperforming as compared to like you didn't give me a chance to win yeah and now you're firing me for not winning you know yeah well listen

It's like, you're just bait.

You're like, you're going in there and you're like, I'm going to treat them with the utmost respect.

But then it's like, you come off a hard loss and they say, why did you pull a guy?

Cause it's like a lot of these teams, they'll like find a way to promote their guys to prevent them from getting manager jobs if they possibly can, especially with front office too, where it's like, you know, a guy goes from an assistant GM to the GM, but he probably has the same responsibility, but it's like, Hey, you're not going to go to Pittsburgh now or whatever.
