I mean, they're just such a weird organization.
So weird.
They buy every year.
They have the same GM, so I doubt they're going to change their ways too much, but they buy every single year.
Their farm system is little to none because they get their guys up to the majors so fast, which in turn leaves really nobody there.
The owner, Artie Moreno, kind of just calls his shots whenever he wants, so Anthony Rendon is now just on the books forever.
This offseason, actually, somebody made a pretty funny joke midseason.
They were like, Edwin Diaz just closed out the Angels, so now it's time to give him $900 million.
Yeah.
over the next 10 years for a closer.
So it's, and then it's just like their, their core is a little interesting, but you got Mike Trout, Zach Netto, no one, Chanuel Taylor ward.
If he's not traded Logan, Oh hoppy.
And then Joe Adele had a step forward year this year.
So that's like maybe the positives if you're looking at it from a manager spot, but it just feels like a job that it's like, you're going in there and like,
I felt like Ron Washington was going to do a decent job there.
It just, it feels like you're going in there and you might, you might just do absolutely similar.
Yeah, because they've become like in the past, it was like when you go into the draft, it was like, well, this guy's the quickest to the majors because he has certain characteristics.
Now it's literally like this guy's the quickest strictly because he's getting drafted by the Angels.
If I was drafted by the Angels, I'd be psyched.
You're going to be in the minors for about two minutes.
