People looked at it, it crashed so hard that it was a fad that was never coming back.
Well, yeah, because G.I.
Joe was the one that literally started the action figure craze.
It had already lived its life.
Nintendo walked into this burning city that was the video game industry and said, let's give this another shot.
Every action figure that's out there from, like, Action Jesus to the Marvel superhero action figures, every action figure came from G.I.
They actually managed to succeed.
