And I was, I think it was two years in Quallin Bay and then they sent me to Washington State Penitentiary.
And I requested to go with it because that's closer to my home.
Quallin Bay was like, and it was so far away from, you know, Sunnyside or Yakima.
The Wash State Penitentiary was closer, something like maybe a three-hour drive compared to like a 12-hour drive from Columbia.
That's where the gangs were pretty much pretty structured over there.
And then slowly they started kind of gaining power.
Certain two groups of gangs pretty much gained the most power, and then they went to war with each other all over the system.
And because I was a part of that other gang, I was a part of all that stuff too.
During that period of time, I'm still writing letters, you know, still trying to, you know, proclaiming my innocence, still trying to find ways.
But getting wrapped up in all this stuff over here, I couldn't really avoid.
And so I was in a number of fights, you know, I got attacked a few times.
I spent about, over a 12-year period, I spent about nine and a half years in level five or isolation in the hole.
Because of fighting, because of my gang ties, my gang involvement, that kind of stuff, you know.
And it was basically one gang was saying that, well, this is our prison.
