Yes, sir.
It's a broken industry and a huge opportunity to solve some big problems that impact a lot of people.
Well, yeah, people are a critical element of the process, but we think there are ways to automate some of the repetitive work to create a lot of efficiencies to enhance the experience for the candidate and get people in jobs a lot more quickly.
Yeah, so for example, one of the biggest bottlenecks in the recruiting process is that first conversation with a job applicant.
So often recruiters get inundated by huge volumes of applications and it's impossible just purely from a bandwidth perspective to have a conversation with everyone.
And so often 85% of people just don't get a response.
And so what Maya is able to do is have that dialogue through an AI-based text conversation and gather those insights
You're able to set the requirements or the inputs.
So those are the things that are criteria that qualify an eligible candidate for the next stage of the process.
And Maya is able to then engage in a conversation, a chat based conversation with the candidate right when they apply to, you know, gauge their interest.
qualify them against the requirements, and then ultimately, if they're eligible for the next stage of the process, help convert them or guide them into that next stage of the process on behalf of the recruiting team.
Yeah.
So we actually charge based on the number of hires that are being generated through our service system.
In order to get a certain discount tier, you have to commit to a minimum level of hires.
So that's our subscription value.
And then we have a lot of upside if we're able to perform.
So if we're able to generate more hires than the minimum commitment, then we're able to true up that subscription.
So they pay per hire.
So that's per successful outcome.
and they commit to a minimum level of hires, say a customer commits to 10,000 hires, and we end up generating 15,000 hires, then they ultimately pay for the 15,000.
