and a bunch of rich mammothians i don't know what they call themselves uh file a lawsuit and they have a novel argument which is that this development can't go forward because it violates sequa and this gets rejected in the courts because what year roughly would this be uh i'd want to double check this but early 70s but i could be wrong on that so so Thank you.
