Vance wasn't fully on board initially and had some concerns.

And I was like, it reminded me back in the day when you remember Obama and they had the decision of going in bin Laden and then leaked that Biden was against it with them.

Right.

And it felt almost a redux of that.

And it was done at that time.

Right.

You could sense of Hillary kind of world that was setting up 2016.

I mean, this, in my view, we can get done for policy conversation.

So the rationales for this war are worse than you can imagine any prior U S intervention anywhere.

And it is really doing a great disservice.

And you've talked about the democratic party and the struggles with it, that there isn't a leading security minded argument against this war.

What you're seeing and hearing a lot of are process and gas prices and domestic needs.

And those are all fair and correct.

But what they miss is if the president says this is an imminent threat, Iran was going to attack us.

I had to go do this war.

Who is making this American security minded argument that that is fully nonsense and that this war of choice puts us in a weaker position security wise than ever before?

Which which always frustrates me that we you know, I appreciate the Democrats are focused on the domestic needs and we have to be right.

And we use cost of living for real issues.
