And that, for my nervous system, was not an idea I could consider at all.

But more recently, I've started to wonder if I should dare to give it a go.

And I'd sort of thought about maybe I should start going to meet TV people and float ideas around.

And then this wonderful opportunity has arisen for me to co-host with the brilliant Stephen Mangan, Landscape Artist of the Year for Sky Arts.

And that did feel safe.

Not only is it a show that I absolutely love, but I adore art.

I adore painting.

I like being around paint and people painting and to be inspired by it.

So I know on a fundamental level, I'm going to get so much enjoyment from it.

Of course, I'm going to do my best because I know there'll be people out there that are like, I like it how it is.

Why do you have to change things?

I respect that.

I'm going to give it my absolute all.

But it feels safe.

And I guess my point that I want to make to all of you is we can all get back in the saddle when we want.

Whether it's, you know, we've not been in a job for a long time altogether or we've not driven a car or we've not ridden a bike around London.
