And it's one that I think the more I've grown up, the better I've maybe got with it.
And the more also I think you get to know the people you're playing with.
And if you don't know the person you're competing against, it's easy for you to be like, that's my spot.
I'm pissed off that you've got my spot.
But actually, the more you get to know them as a person, you're happy for them as well.
Lauren Fyler played the warm-up game yesterday and I could have been like, actually, I know Phil really well and she's a really nice girl and I've seen so much of the work that she's put in.
So you can take a step back and be like, actually, I'm really happy for you to be going out there and showing us what you've got.
we get into that stage as a group where, you know, we do know each other so well and we're genuinely so happy for like each other's success.
And at the end of the day, like their success is our success, right?
There's lots of things that you can do if you're not part of the 11 that are like helping push the team forward, whether that's like being really clear messaging or like creating an environment on the bench that gets people in a really good place to perform when they get on the pitch.
And yeah, I think when you know the guys so well, it's easy to be like, that's my mate and she's doing a really cool thing.
