caveat for my body which is about 90 i hover around 92 to 95 currently i'm about 92 yeah two and a half yeah yeah i got down to 91 and then started eating for performance again and just got back to 92 and a half that's where i sit most comfortably whenever whenever i i haven't had a break in events where i've committed to losing sort of five six kilos for um
endurance specific purposes because there was a my final strength achievement I achieved in October last year so I wanted to hold on the strength abilities to do that before transitioning into this endurance campaign so to speak but I've always been very top end strength focused and because I built it I fight very hard to keep it um
Because, yeah, that's my main focus.
And your marathon time?
3.09, but I, on paper, was good for 2.52 in May last year, but stress fracture three weeks out.
which is frustrating.
So last session was, brief was, 20 to 25K at under 160 heart rate.
So 5K warm-up, 20 to 25K, depending on how I'm feeling, at under 160 heart rate.
I did 25K at 158 heart rate at 405 per K pace.
Felt unbelievable.
Yeah.
That's my Tokyo, basically.
So I felt really, really good.
Amazing.
Could have done it that day.
Genuinely felt phenomenal.
Woke up the next day, couldn't lift my left leg.
And that was my last session of peak week.
