You know, try to get people from different backgrounds and different generations to work together in teams.
Honestly, I'd like to more team networked kind of approach to things.
The kind of things that you get again in science, right?
I mean, all these ideas are going to come from all kinds of different perspectives.
Age and experience does count for something.
But, you know, fresh ideas and coming in and looking at a problem from a different perspective and seeing something that somebody else hasn't seen before.
I mean, I just, you know, kind of love working in an environment with all kinds of different people and people who don't agree with you.
You need people to take you on and say, absolutely, that's crap.
